It is very important that you pay attention to the information requested douring the purchase process (eg: size and address). We are not responsible for errors made by the customer when filling out the purchase form.
All our jewels are handmade, so processing times and delivery times may vary up to 15 working days, after the crediting of the payments.
All our jewels have a 2 years warranty.
PAYMENTS METHODS
On www.laboratorioorafoprosperi.it we accept these payment methods: Paypal, Credit card and Bank transfer.
Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, you can buy in a simple, safe and quick way without using your credit card. Choose from the payment options the “PayPal” option, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page, sign in with your PayPal credentials and follow the purchasing process.
Credit card
If you want to buy with a credit card and you DO NOT have a PayPal account, follow these steps:

– You will be redirected to the PayPal site
– Click on “YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT”
– Enter your payment details (you do not have to save your data to PayPal)
– Click on the button “AGREE AND CONTINUE”

Bank tranfer
If you prefer to buy through bank transfer, choose between purchasing options “Bank Transfer” and follow the purchasing process until the confirmation of the order. The transfer should be made payable to:

EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you wish to return an item, send it “un-used” in 15 days time at: Laboratorio Orafo Prosperi Via A. Chigi, 25 00072 Ariccia – Roma – Italy
As soon as we receive the item, we will evaluate the status of the object and we will refund you with a voucher of the value of the jewel (shipping tax excluded) to spend on our website.
If you made a mistake in calculating the size of your jewel, contact us immediately as soon as you receive it, we will find a solution together.

We send our jewels with express delivery.
Delivery tax in Italy is €12,00, international delivery tax is €20,00.
